Waitlist privacy.

These waitlists are operated by Nestor Code Crafters UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Contact hi@aayat.me; company details.

What you agree to

We use your email to contact you about the TestFlight beta of the app you select, including an invitation when a place is available. Consent applies only to that app. Joining another app’s list requires a separate signup. It does not subscribe you to general marketing or create an app account.

What we store

We keep your email address, the selected app, and the time and version of your consent in one private database hosted by Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare to serve these pages and limit abusive submissions; it processes connection information such as your IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist database. There are no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or browser storage.

Retention and withdrawal

Our basis for this processing is your consent. Records are automatically removed after 365 days. You can withdraw consent, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your entry sooner by emailing hi@aayat.me with the app name. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You can complain to your data protection authority.

TestFlight is separate

No email is sent automatically when you join. A place is not guaranteed. If you later accept an invitation, Apple handles beta distribution under its own TestFlight terms and privacy practices. This form does not share your address with Apple.
